Our Media Library offers a wide variety of material, all available through District commitments through local service planning. Access to our instructional media materials benefit all PreK-12 Educators in every curricular area in our service area. Opportunities are endless as we offer instructional items like:
- Books and Audiobooks (Preschool -Young Adult and Professional)
- Puppets and Educational Games
- CTE Simulators and Robots
- Digital Microscopes and Science Models
- STEM Materials, Puzzles and other Manipulatives
- Large Specialty Equipment

Key Dates: Final Media Van Deliveries are scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 2025, for West Union and Oelwein, and Monday, June 2, and Tuesday, June 3, 2025, for all other locations. Please see our delivery schedules page for more information.
Districts and systems with a Premium Subscription (Media Materials & Van Delivery) for 2025-2026 will be able to extend access to checked-out materials over the summer to support ongoing learning and reading initiatives.

2025-2026 Circulation and Subscription Models
Keystone AEA Media Staff are responsible for the pickup and delivery of all instructional materials and equipment. Circulation is available to districts and school systems that have either a Premium Media Subscription or a Standard Subscription with a la carte pricing. Contact Mindy Reimer for more information.
