Designated building contacts are essential for the effective delivery and pickup of media materials, serving as a bridge between the media services team and school staff.

Roles 

  • Efficient Coordination: Support building logistics for timely media materials deliveries and returns, minimizing risk.
  • Consistent Communication: Serving as the main point of contact, they keep our staff informed of patron data changes, ensuring access to needed resources.
  • Quick Issue Resolution: They provide immediate communications to Keystone AEA Media Staff and offer support for problems like missing items or equipment issues, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Valuable Feedback: Their interactions with Keystone AEA Media Staff and their building staff allow them to gather insights on media services, contributing to continuous improvement.
