An Important Update about Keystone AEA Media Collections Usage Reports
To align with legal requirements for Iowa AEAs to provide quarterly reports and invoices for all services rendered to Districts, Keystone AEA is implementing a systematic approach to include media library/van delivery and digital resource usage within these shared quarterly reports.
Moving forward, all media usage statistics (including physical collection usage and digital resource usage by building) will be included in quarterly reports sent directly to District offices. Please know that Keystone AEA will honor local decisions as it pertains to the review and sharing of this data.
For your reference:
Building media usage reports for will be provided twice annually:
- 2nd Quarter (Mid-Year): Reports shared at the end of January will reflect usage for this school year through December (of current school year).
- 4th Quarter (End-of-Year): Reports shared at the end of the school year will provide building-level insights for the entire school year (current school year).
Our quarterly media usage reports, include District totals and building usage of our media collection/van delivery items as well as building level digital resources usage.
