Keystone Area Education Agency – Elkader, Iowa
Pursuant to Iowa Code Sections 273.3(21) and 297.22, the Board of Directors of the Keystone Area Education Agency (AEA) will hold a Public Hearing regarding the proposed sale of equipment.
Equipment Available by Sealed Bid:
- Lot 1: John Deere 4066R Tractor (2022) with ~200 hours; 440R Loader, Dual Hydraulics, Turf Tires
- Lot 2: Trailer and Turf Maintenance Equipment
- Lamar 24′ Trailer (2023) used ~1,000 miles
- Redexim Turf Tidy 3000 with ~113 hours
- Redexim Verti-Drain 2519 with ~65 hours
- Lot 3 (all items listed in Lot 1 and Lot 2):

Sealed Bid Submission Instructions
- Bids must be received no later than 12:00 P.M. (noon) on Friday, July 25, 2025, at Keystone AEA Administration Office, 1400 Second Street NW, Elkader, Iowa 52043.
- Each bid must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope, clearly labeled with the appropriate selection:
“Lot 1 – Tractor”
“Lot 2 – Trailer & Turf Maintenance Equipment”
“Lot 3 – Tractor, Trailer & Turf Maintenance Equipment” - Each bid must include your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and bid amount for each lot you are bidding on.
- Equipment is being sold as-is, and all sales are final. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and no sale shall occur unless the minimum reserve prices for items are met.
